What Is Flirty Girl Fitness LIVE?

Flirty Girl Fitness revolutionized women's fitness by creating the "un-gym," a studio where clients feel fabulous trying fun, new workouts! Flirty Girl Fitness Live allows our members, as well as women all over the world, to take part in their favorite Flirty Girl Classes LIVE.

We stream 3-4 classes a day from the Toronto studio, giving you many daily options to spice up your fitness routine! These classes are uncut and unedited so you don't miss a moment with your favorite instructors.

How does Flirty Girl Fitness LIVE work?

Flirty Girl Fitness has equipped each room with cameras, so viewers at home can join the Flirty fun! Classes are streamed LIVE as they are happening in Toronto. Approximately 30 minutes after the class is finished, a recorded version will remain available on our site for the next 24 hours! Flirty Girls in all time zones can access their online studio and get in their favorite Flirty Workout.

Why is Flirty Girl Fitness doing this online un-gym, if you already have studios?

We do have Flirty flagship studios in Toronto and Chicago, as well as Flirty Girl Fitness instructors teaching classes all over North America, but we recognize that many people like to workout at home or even when you're traveling. Flirty Girl Fitness LIVE will be available to Flirty Girls around the world! Login to Flirty Girl Fitness LIVE and never miss your favorite Flirty class.

Are the LIVE classes recorded?

We will have a handful of "Flirty Favorites" available for viewing at all times. All LIVE classes will only be streamed for 24 hours and then replaced with the new live streaming classes of the day.

Can Flirty Girl Fitness LIVE classes be downloaded?

No, the classes cannot be downloaded or recorded- only streamed. After the LIVE classes have been broadcast in your time zone for 24 hours, they will be replaced with the new live streamed classes of the day.

Why don't you keep the recorded classes longer?

Our goal of Flirty Girl Fitness LIVE is to provide you with fresh "new" classes daily, and what better way to re-enforce the "new" by always replacing the "old". At the same time, we will have a handful of "Flirty Favorites" available for viewing at all times. And if you enjoy working out to a high production qualtiy DVD, then visit our store for a full assortment of Flirty Girl Fitness workout DVD's.

Wait, what is streaming?

Streaming means playing audio/video content in real time through the internet. Don't worry; it does not take up space on your computer's hard drive. The content is not stored on your computer. LIVE classes cannot be saved for a later date!

Technical Questions

Do I need a special internet connection to stream videos?

For the best viewing experience we recommend a broadband connection of at least 700+Kpbs.

How do I watch the videos full screen?

Hover over the video and click on the 'fullscreen' link located at the bottom of the video player.

How do I exit full screen mode?

Press the 'Escape (Esc)' key or click on the 'fullscreen' link located at the bottom of the video player.

How do I turn up the sound?

You can turn up the volume by using the slider in the bottom right hand of the video screen and also by adjusting your computers volume.

How do I access the FG Live library?

What timezone is shown for the LIVE hours?

The times that are shown for the LIVE schedule are based on your computers timezone settings, so they will always show correctly based on your local time.

What are the system requirements?

You will need a browser that supports Javascript and Flash to view the videos on Flirty Girl Fitness LIVE.

Where can I download Adobe Flash Player?

You can download Flash for free at the Adobe website.

I have an iPad/iPhone, can I watch the videos on Flirty Girl Fitness LIVE?

Native support on the iPad/iPhone does not exist since the they do not support Adobe Flash. There are apps available that will allow you to view Flash videos on the iPhone and the iPad, but we cannot guarantee our service will work with any app using the iPad or iPhone.

How do I purchase a subscription?

You can purchacse a daily, weekly or monthly subscription to Flirty Girl Fitness LIVE by visiting our online store.

How do I change my billing or personal information?

To change your email or password, go to your profile page. To change your billing info please contact our customer service.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel or modify your subscription please contact our customer service.

Can I subscribe using a debit card?

Yes. As long as your debit card has a VISA or MASTERCARD symbol on the front of the card.

Can I access Flirty Girl Fitness LIVE using a PC, Mac or Linux?

Yes. As long as you have a connection to the internet, and your browser supports both Javscript and Flash, you can access Flirty Girl Fitness LIVE.
